Dr. Davidson is a skilled clinician who’s a perfectionist about her work. After earning her DDS degree from UNC Chapel Hill’s School of Dentistry, ranked #2 globally
, she elevated her skills and techniques at private practices in Manhattan and San Francisco. She founded Walnut Creek Dental Studio in 2020 in order to build trusted long-term relationships with her East Bay neighbors, by providing world-class dental care with Main Street warmth.
Patients consistently describe Dr. Davidson as a warm and engaging clinician who puts patients at ease and delivers top-quality results. She’s committed to providing ethical, conservative, and beautiful dentistry that improves patients’ health, comfort, and confidence.
Saying goodbye to North Carolina, Dr. Davidson moved to New York City and completed General Practice Residency (GPR) at St. Barnabas Hospital, a level II trauma center in The Bronx. While there, she treated dental and orofacial emergencies for medically complex patients, including after-hours / overnight emergencies. She provided general dentistry therapies — including to patients under sedation and general anesthesia — as well as oral surgery therapies such as surgical extractions, implant placement, bone grafting, and fine suturing.
After residency, Dr. Davidson advanced her clinical skills and knowledge at private practices in Manhattan’s TriBeCa neighborhood, and then in San Francisco’s Marina and Laurel Heights neighborhoods.
To provide the best-possible care to her patients, she is committed to continually elevating her expertise across preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments. She regularly completes week-long courses on cutting-edge restorative and cosmetic treatments, and is a certified Invisalign practitioner. Her passion is building an individual relationship with each patient to provide top-quality care.
Dr. Davidson grew up in North Carolina’s Raleigh-Durham area. She met her husband, Steve, while completing her residency in New York City. They moved to the Bay Area in 2017 to enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle, and they’re excited to make the East Bay their long-term home.
When not improving patients’ smiles, Dr. D. enjoys being active outdoors, including hiking, biking, and working out. Fun fact: in her youth, she was a competitive swimmer and equestrian. She also enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family — including her newborn son, Oliver, and mini goldendoodle, Penny. She is fluent in English and Farsi.
