We take COVID-19 seriously.

All of our staff members are fully vaccinated and we're taking steps to keep you safe.

Walnut Creek Dental Studio is taking precautions to ensure safety for you and all our patients and staff

WHAT WE REQUIRE OF OUR PATIENTS

Prior to arrival, you'll need to:

1

Complete a mandatory COVID-19 questionnaire: we require that patients complete a questionnaire prior to arriving at our office, to screen for COVID-19 symptoms and risk

2

Please give us a call if you’re experiencing symptoms or recently tested positive for COVID-19 — we’ll gladly reschedule your appointment

3

Remember to bring a mask and wear it: masks are required in our office. If you happen to forget your mask, we will provide one to you

4

Note that you’ll be permitted to bring a maximum of one escort along with you to the appointment, in order to minimize crowding

During your visit:

1

We only will see patients with scheduled appointments: walk-ins are not permitted

2

Please arrive on time but no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment, to reduce crowding within the office

3

Before we admit you, we’ll take your temperature

4

Maintain a safe social distance from staff and other patients as much as possible during your visit

5

Please stick to words and smiles to greet us and say goodbye: while we’d love to shake your hand, we’re unable to do so safely

ADDITIONAL STEPS WE'RE TAKING

1

Before the start of each workday, every staff member completes a mandatory COVID-19 questionnaire and has their temperature checked at the office, to ensure it’s safe for them to see patients and work alongside the team

2

We’ve placed high-quality air purifiers throughout the office in order to remove droplets and aerosols from the air, which keeps the office air clean and safe

3

In between patients, we’re taking additional time for enhanced sterilization: after every visit, we’re thoroughly sterilizing all clinical equipment and disinfecting surfaces

4

We’re closely monitoring the public health situation and evolving our safely protocols to comply with the latest guidance from the CDC, OSHA, and CDA, as well as from state and local government
